When you submit our contact form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The information you provide in the message fields (project description, budget range, etc.)

We do not collect any data beyond what you voluntarily submit in the form.

3. Why we collect it

We collect this data solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a project concept for you. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. How your data is processed

Form submissions are processed through Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form service. Your submission is delivered to us via their infrastructure. Formspree's own privacy policy applies to their handling of the data. We do not store your data on our own servers beyond what appears in our email inbox.

5. How long we keep your data

We retain your contact details and message for as long as is necessary to respond to your enquiry and handle any resulting business relationship. If no project proceeds, we will delete your data within 12 months of your initial contact.

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
